Refund Policy

1. Who "we" are

fikahere.my is a brand owned by Babyscarves Trading, the seller of the itineraries on this site. The website and payments are run by Khalbyte Global Ventures, which collects payments through the CHIP gateway on behalf of Babyscarves Trading. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

2. What we sell

fikahere.my sells access to interactive online itineraries. Each itinerary is a private web page with a daily schedule, budget estimates, clickable maps and accommodation suggestions. It opens through your account on this site.

No physical goods are shipped, and there are no files to download — the content is viewed directly in your browser.

3. When refunds are not given

Purchases are non-refundable once the itinerary has been delivered to your account and can be accessed. This includes cases where:

• you change your mind after buying;
• you bought the wrong destination or package by mistake;
• you bought the same itinerary twice because you forgot you already owned it;
• your trip is cancelled, postponed or doesn't happen for any reason;
• you are not happy with the places, restaurants or accommodation we suggest;
• the itinerary's price drops after you bought it.

The reason is simple: once access is open, the whole itinerary can be read, screenshotted and copied. We can't "take back" what has already been seen.

Before paying, you can read Day 1 of every itinerary for free — so you know exactly what you are getting.

4. When we will refund

We will give a full refund in the following cases:

• Payment succeeded but access did not open in your account within 24 hours, and we cannot fix it.
• Double charge — you were charged more than once for the same itinerary.
• The itinerary won't open or its content is incomplete, and we fail to fix it.
• You received the wrong itinerary and do not want an exchange.

In these cases, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected by this policy.

5. How to request a refund

1. Message us on TikTok (see the Contact page) within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Include the Google email you used to buy, the itinerary name and the purchase date.
3. Describe the problem. Attach screenshots if you can.

We will reply within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday, 9am – 6pm MYT).

6. Refund timeline

If your request is approved, the money is returned through CHIP to your original payment method, processed by Khalbyte Global Ventures as the payment collector, within 7 to 14 working days. The actual time depends on your bank or card provider. Your access to the itinerary concerned will be removed.

7. Revoking access

We reserve the right to revoke access without a refund if an itinerary is redistributed, resold, shared publicly or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
