All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed through CHIP and collected by Khalbyte Global Ventures on behalf of Babyscarves Trading.
On your bank or card statement, the transaction may appear as Khalbyte Global Ventures or CHIP, not "fikahere".
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
Access opens automatically in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. No files are sent and nothing is downloaded — the content is read in your browser, so an internet connection is required. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
Itineraries are non-refundable once access has been opened. The exceptions that apply are listed in our Refund Policy, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.
Our itineraries are based on real travel experience at the time they were written. However, things outside our control can change:
We are not a travel agency and do not book flights, hotels or tickets on your behalf. We are not responsible for any loss, extra expense, missed booking or damage arising from use of these itineraries.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the itinerary concerned.

Itineraries contain links to outside services such as maps, booking platforms and the official sites of attractions. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, particularly sections 4 and 5. No refund is given in cases of breach.
You may stop using this service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep this site available at all times, but we do not promise it will be free from interruption. Maintenance, hosting failures or network problems may cause temporary outages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
